Handling of personal data
Gutfeeling Labs AB handles your personal data in accordance with current legislation regarding personal data. How the handling takes place is described below.
How your personal data is handled
By personal information we mean your first name, surname, postal address, mobile number and e-mail address. The main reason why this information is saved is to be able to mail sampling packages to you and have the opportunity to notify you, for example, when the test result is complete or verify the sender in connection with Swish payments.
If you wish us to delete your personal information, please state this in an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once your personal data has been deleted, your analytical results can no longer be linked back to you and the test results are then deidentified.
Data protection reform (the new EU rules on personal protection)
Gutfeeling Labs AB complies with the EU Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which entered into force in May 2018 as follows:
Your personal information is stored for 6 years after your last contact with us.
You have the opportunity to submit a complaint to Datainspektionen (Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection) if you believe that your personal data has been handled incorrectly by us.
We respect your rights, the most important of which are to:
- Get access to your personal information.
- Get incorrect personal information corrected.
- Get your personal information deleted by emailing us at email@example.com
- Get your test results deidentified
- Object to the use of personal data for direct marketing.
- Object to the use of personal data for automated decision-making and profiling.
- The processing of personal data that we carry out has its legal basis in that we have received informed consent from you.
How we obtain consent:
By voluntarily, after receiving information in connection with ordering how we handle personal data, you accept the collection, processing and storage of your personal data with us. AThat there is no doubt that you accept the processing of personal data. That we rely on consent to process personal data and ensure that the requirements for consent in the regulation are met. If we are exposed to data breaches or in any other way lose control of the personal data we process, we document all these events.
When it is not unlikely that the incident entails risks to individuals' freedoms and rights, we report the incident to the supervisory authority (Datainspektionen) within 72 working hours.
