Your purchase at Gutfeeling Labs
You will receive an email from us when your analysis at Gutfeeling Labs is complete. Your results will be shown at "your page" when you log in to your account.
Payment
You can pay with your credit card or Swish (in Sweden). Gutfeeling Labs are security conscious and we handle your information with security in mind so that unauthorized persons will not have access to it.
Delivery
Delivery time for test kits is between 2-3 working days and when you have submitted your test, it takes between 1-3 weeks before your test answers are on your pages. In the event of any delays, Gutfeeling Labs will notify you. For questions about delivery or for other questions contact customer service at info@gutfeelinglabs.se
Force majeure
In case of government action or omission, new legislation, labor law conflict, war or danger of war, major disturbance of public order, sabotage, extreme weather conditions, fire, explosion, natural disaster, accidents or other circumstances beyond Gutfeeling Labs control and which Gutfeeling Labs could not reasonably overcome or anticipate, Gutfeeling Labs has the right to waive its obligations under this Agreement. In such an event, Gutfeeling Labs is not liable for damages in the event of damage to you.
Right of withdrawal
As an online customer of gutfeelinglabs.se, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days from the day you received the item. Notice of return must be sent to us no later than 14 days from receipt of the item. Always contact us before returning the item at info@gutfeelinglabs.se
For the return to be approved, the box must be unopened. Do not put address labels directly on the carton, but return it in an envelope stamped by you and send to our postal address (see below).
Open purchase does not apply to products purchased with a promotional code or when the original packaging has been opened.
Delivery
We offer free shipping. Your items will be delivered to your mailbox as a trackable package. Our ambition is to deliver your item within 1-5 days for items in stock.
